It’s one of the things that’s ready in my (late) garden.  I pick it when it is young, snip the delicate parts off the stem and put them in a jar to freeze for use in the winter.  It’s not just for pickles!  It’s so nice to have in soups or salads.  I fit all that dill into that pint jar!  Minus the stems, of course. 😀  The smell of dill always reminds me of my grandma.  She must have used quite a bit in her cooking.  This is also the time of year we would have been visiting her. 🙂

  1. I think dill is my favorite herb, Marg. I love LOVE love it! I’m glad you have it in your garden so that you can enjoy it. 😀 Hugs, Robin
