Jeannie Icing

Not very sweet

5 Tbsp flour
1 cup milk
1 cup butter
1 cup icing sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Boil flour and milk until thick. Cool.

Beat the rest of the ingredients together thoroughly the add cooled flour and milk.

Beat, beat, beat. 5 minutes or more.

Yield: enough for a double layer cake
